Alcohol and periods.

So I have a question and none of my friends know the answer.. So my question is :
Can alcohol stop your period.
I got my period earlier today and i'm supposed to go over to a friends house for a party. I'm just wondering if alcohol can stop it, make it lighter, heavier... Help girls?
Should I ditch the party all together!?

I dont think alcohol theres something to do with periods. Never heard anything about anyway. But why you will have to dump the party? Put a tampon and goon:yeah:

I know usually when I drink, I stop noticing my period. I know that it can sometimes appear to be lighter than it is, so that's a plus. However, it depends on how your periods are at the moment. Every body acts different to substances and so giving you a 100% isn't actually possible. If you do decide to go to the party, wear something comfortable and dark, that way if you do think you're heavy, it won't matter too much. I don't think you should avoid going.
