i fake a smile so he wont see

i am in love with one girl i have been since grade 4 and i am now in grade 10. We were extreamly close in grade 7 (before contact was minimal) to the point most ppl thought we were dating (ironically the only reason we weren't is we both love to rebel the bandwagon so as they wanted us to date we did not) however midway through grade 8 it all came undone as she started to date someone and well i was a tad envious however as long as she was happy i was good as i love her last thing i need is to hurt her. However that lasted less than a month when they broke up but she was not the same me and all her friends got together and we pretty much all agreed she gained some kind of sanity issue (suspected schizophrenia as she started talking to lots of inanimate objects and naming them and even ignoring friends to finish "conversation" with them.) Again not much of an issue as i will love her no matter what mental state she is in but however at the start of grade 9 she rejected me from reality...no i don't mean ignoring me or what not i mean she forgot my name, she frequently bumps into me as she "cant see" me and worst of all she seems to have taken a complete 360 about me and appears for those brief moment recognition flashes in her eyes to compleatly hate me.

and suggestions of what to do i don't know why when she denied me from exsistance i should of stopped liking her but i couldent i tried the entire year to stop and nothing i just cant do it but trying to force her to acknowledge me will hurt her and that's what i wish to avoid.
