For the most part people have wet dreams due to a build up of semen, caused by not masturbating on a regular basis. I used to get them all the time back before masturbating became a habit for me, but now that it is I haven't had a wet dream for a couple years.

Try not masturbating for a week or 2 and see if you start getting wet dreams or not. Of course there are other reasons why you may not get them, but what I said previously is almost always the reason why you don't have any :)
