Yeah it will do overtime :) But you may need too help it too peel back and the way I did it was when I was in the shower try peeling it back a little bit every time I had a shower. But do be careful and don't force it back, if it hurts when pulling it back just leave it and overtime it will loosen so you can pull it back more until the who penis is exposed :). Good Luck :)

Idk if it will or not depends on how tight it is. if its not to tight you may be able to work it back by jo. if it is real tight the best you can do is when you're in the shower and the skin is warm and a bit more flexable start working the skin back a little at a time (but not to the point where it hurts though) each time you take a shower.

maybe or maybe not. it's impossible to say for sure, but you gradually stretch it so it starts to roll back. just use your fingers and do it really gradually. it shouldn't hurt, and don't waste money on any weird invention you find online that's supposed to stretch your foreskin for it. anything mechanical will probably fuck up your penis.

i stretched mine and it took a few months, but i'm happy with it now. and there's a cream (betamethasone) your doctor can give you a prescription for that helps it stretch, but like i said you need a prescription.

if you keep stretching it daily you should be able to fully retract it when erect in two weeks but if this doesn't work then you may have to go and see your doctor. feel free to pm me if you have any other questions.
