Well I'm 13 and I can say that I am uncut and a little past 4 inches....is anyone else this big at this age...all ky friends say their like 6 inches....am I behind the game or are they lying....one of ky friends said ie is 7 inches....that's kinds hard to believe.....

You're normal so don't worry about it, puberty happens at different times for different people. Your friends could well be the sizes they are saying but they might be lying, and yes, there is only one way to be sure.

There's really no 'average' penis size. Everyone is different and there are no official scientific studies that I know of that measure average penis sizes. All in all at this age I don't really care about the size of my penis and neither should you. The penis is a different size, shape and colour on everyone and unique so don't care about anyone else's penis.
