it sounds like you're only producing semen and not sperm, pretty sure it's normal for your age. When your testicles do grow more you will produce more sperm and your ejaculation should look more cloudy.

It's completely normal, I believe it happened to me up until I was 14. It's called pre-cum by the way.

EDIT: I noticed that a lot of people mentioned that you weren't prodoucing sperm yet. I would like to provide a little bit of insight into what pre-cum actually is. There are still millions of sperm in each drop of pre-cum, just a bit less than in normal cum. You will still produce pre-cum throughout the rest of your life, just as you get older it will come out before ejaculation; and sort of just hangout on the head.

It's definitely normal. You just havent't matured enough to produce actual semen. What you ejaculate has less sperm than what would come from a grown man, which is why it is clear, not white.

Yes, this is normal. When you grow older, semen will develop by becoming thicker and more opaque.
