when im lying down it feels like my heart is retarded...it will like beat,then beat again. like 2 beats in one. this is only in my neck(When i intentionally feel it) and when im lying down. i was just lying on my stomach and i felt my heart beating until i moved....now i have a doctors appointment on tuesday, so i will ask then, but what could it be? If it's any help, I've had anxiety recently, specifically Hypochondria.
Also today in school i got this weird sensation that i was observing the class in a dream or like, from some one else's POV. god, this is annoying me, and im honestly scared as hell. I'm 14 yrs old. this obviously makes it hard to sleep, because i cant stop thinking about this, and you have to lay down to sleep!
also it's only on the right side, the carotid artery
