hey people, my picture wont go to my profile picture, its in my albums if you wanna check it out. anyway, how do i make it my profile picture? it just keeps saying 'upload failed'

Take this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/album.php?albumid=4680&pictureid=26620) (I'm assuming that's the picture you want) link. Copy it.
Go to User CP, and click Edit Profile Picture. Past the link.
Or, just re-upload the same picture in that window.
