You have to remember that one of the most important parts of your body during sexual acts is your brain (Try wanking while thinking of something that disgusts you and then try while thinking of something arousing, why do you watch porn?). When wanking you are mimicking a sexual encounter in your imagination, when you actually do it you get the full experience, the difference in orgasm is because your brain can tell the difference, in the end its still your penis getting stimulated either way. Its probably because your more excited when someone else does it or when your with someone else :) You can try and make yourself more excited when your on your own and see if that helps or try and hold it back a few times then let go and that may help :).
