for how ever long i've been on meds to stop me feeling depressed and thinking of suicide, i've just wondered if im not alone or if theres someone who else is going through what i'm going throu:confused::confused::confused::(

I am not currently in that spot but about a month ago... I was a mess. You are not alone, there are a lot of people who think of suicide. But the thing is thoughts become actions... My actions were wrong. I kept thinking that suicide was the answer so I actually attempted suicide, that didn't work so I was going to run away, again that didn't work. But with some support from my friends and people on VT I managed to make it.

Don't worry mate. You are not alone. I am feeling how you are feeling. I am on anti-depressants. Nothing has been better for me and I have a strong urge to kill myself. We are in this together so never feel left out!! (:
