I was wondering if wanking is wrong I am catholic and I am 13 I don't think my friends do but I have never asked my family is not very religious

I don't think so.. I was raised in a very religious and conservative family and coming from my father and other guys around me (who are also very religious) ~~ it's not wrong. And I'm a very strong Catholic and even I think that most of what we believe in are wrong.

Just think of it as something every guy does. Ask your friends too, I'm sure they do it. Maybe they're also wondering if you and your other friends do it too.

Just ask them ._.

For Catholics I think masturbation is a sin because it is lust and only done for self-gratification.

We had a funny yet detailed discussion in theology about this, its nit a sin when your younger, because its not self indulgence, its like a need. When you're young, you have lots of hormones and testosterone building up inside of you. You cant really control it. Jacking off is one of those things that is like second nature to a kid. But when your older, and can control it, it becomes self indulgence
