I've searched online but can't seem to find good forums. Any suggestions?

A lot of forums have a section specifically for artwork critiquing. DeviantArt is pretty good also, you get a lot of good of critique, while there is still a lot of n00bs.

It all depends on the kind of art, and the style. Two I always suggest:

Polykarbon BBS (www.polykarbonbbs.com) is a good forum with a main focus (not exclusive to) on manga and comics. People there are overall helpful to people really interested to improve.

Café Salé (http://forum.cfsl.net/) is a high-level forum. You really need to put excessive pride in your pocket to go there, as it is definitely pro-class. You'll learn a lot there. Lots of pros (that is, people who live from their art and sell it to big editors) are participating. Only issue (depending on you): it is a French site. If you don't speak French but are really interested to learn, then ask a friend to translate for you - this is THE best art teaching community around, period.

As for DeviantArt, well, the issue there is that the average skill level is low. Very low. And chances are that you'll not find a lot of helpful comments there, either - blind praise ("ooooh niiiiice") or hate ("da's sh*t man!") is what you're the most likely to get. The signal/noise ratio is very bad. It is a good hub to discover artists, though.

I think conceptart.org is pretty good. they've got some professionals on there giving out critiques too i think

deviantart is one giant hugbox and people are more about complimentary comments than constructive criticism. i actually found a stamp going like "Don't critique my art without my permission" the guy who made it is a total jerk to those who opposed him. and he wasn't even all that great. unfortunately that's the majority of that community.
