ok well I'm 16 and this girl is turning 15
and we are very close but not in a bf/gf way. her birthday is coming up and I'm not sure what to get her and what to write on the card :/ please help !?

what kind of things does she like? if she doesn't want a specific thing try putting together a fun and different kind of gift. Example, get a tote bag or a purse and put different things inside. For me I would want a cute but simple tote bag with a book, some cool little random trinket, lotion, fun pens/stationary, and a gift card. This is jut an idea that I like to do when I don't know what to get for my friends. As for the card, make it funny and sweet, something a best friend would say. I hope I helped :)

You could get her some twilight stuff, like stationary or a notebook or something? Gift cards are also a good way to go as well, it's not as sentimental but you can't really go wrong with it. Also something like a charm bracelet with a few charms are nice as well, then for future birthdays you could buy her a few more charms.

Something sappy about what your friendship means to you always seems to work wonders. And if it's "heartfelt" enough, you don't even have to get her something material. Problem solved.
