Shooting isn't with all guys. Some guy's dribble, some guys shoot. It just varies and depends on what your body does. Also you're 13 years old.... You shouldn't be concerned about if you can shoot or not, your body is still changing you'll find out eventually if you're a shooter or a dribbler.
