Im excercising more riding 14km every day on my bike and i do weight and strength training every second day. How soon should i start to see visable abs and pecs. I have man boobs but when i tense i can see the outline of my abs and i can fell my pecs under my chest fat. What do you guys think?

That's a good diet/excercise plan. :)
Results vary from person to person, and some people take longer to see results. You'll start seeing them pretty soon, I think. If you're trying to lose weight, don't be discouraged if your weight stays relatively stable. It sounds like you'll be building up a bit of muscle mass.

ur mass wont stay the same especially if ur doing that much cardio, if ur not dropping weight, it means ur still eating too bad. and u shouldnt be worried about pecs and abs, ur body isnt just made up of those two muscles, u should worry about whole body health. depending on how much extra weight u had and previous physical activity u should prob see like a 5-10 lb drop in about a week or two easy

I suggest that you should go to a dietitian to prescribe you with a set diet suited to your needs. Lowering your Carbohydrate intake is not necessarily the correct option as they are crucial in the burning of fats (Carbs and Fats are both made up of C02, Hydrogen and Oxygen with the addiction of Nitrogen in Fats... But fats contain very little oxygen and rely on the carbohydrate oxygen to burn them)
But then again, I am no dietitian so I suggest you go see one :) and as others said, results vary with people. I have a similar problem and my man boobs are shrinking and I am starting to get abs :)
Also, cut down on dairy products as the hormones within could very well be the reason you have man boobs (it's a condition called gynecomastia).
And as for the cycling... 14km is good - depending on the speed and elevation. If you need help with the cycling I can help :) I cycle a lot! (I did a 110km race in 4 hours)
Hope I helped :) if you need any more help with anything feel free to PM me :) I can help you with this issue and I will be glad to do so
Don't worry... You should see progress soon and remember... DON'T GIVE UP!
