Whiteheads/Pimples on Scrotum. Help!

I have these whitehead type things on my scrotum and when i pop most of them, a thick white solid comes out. When i pop some, sometimes they get infected/swollen. Is this normal? Does anybody else have this problem? Any solutions?

I'd seek a doctor and ask. You won't know the correct answer unless you visit your doctor

Dude this is actually a common problem and is not dangerous in any way. Baisically its infected hair follicles I had the same problem. The will heal in their own time however it could take a long time. I wouldn't advise popping them though it could get seriourly infected
