I did not write this but I heard it, I feel that it applies to all of us and I wanted to know what you think...

When you don’t have self-esteem, you will hesitate before you do anything. You will hesitate to go for the job you really want. You will hesitate to ask for a raise. I don't think Self esteem is not the proper word for that.. It's something else......I just can't put my finger on it ._. It applies on some but I think that you don't need self esteem to ask for a raise - probably bravery or something ._.
