for the past week ive been eating less than 630 calories i can feel my self getting more tired and sleeping alot, are these connected?

They're likely connected. 630 calories isn't enough to support your body and provide enough energy.

Yeah, and neither is 630. Fact is, your body needs a certain number of calories to function. Right now, you're depriving your organs of the fuel they need to perform tasks like function normally.

yea they are. have you heard of the phrase "food is fuel" its likely that you feel tired because of not eating enough but it equally could be something else..

Yes these are connected because our body use to more calories that's why we feel lazy when we reduce our normal calories but after some time our body use to it.Keep going you are doing well.Also calories are not good for our health we should try to reduce it as much as we can.
