But for as for the other, there is no way to stop that. If it's cold, the blood will retreat back into your body closer to the core to retain heat, and the penis/testicles go with it.

you can't really top it from getting smaller in the pool. i don't see how this would be a problem unless your skinny dipping, and want to show off
