So I've been invited to a pool party thats happening in about a month and I was wondering if anyone has any tips/advice for shedding a few pounds or toning a few muscles so i can look good by the pool. Im not asking for a 6 pack, but just a few pounds off or toned abdominals.

do cardio in the morning and at night, bout 20-30 mins each time, and eat clean. pretty much all u need to do. and by eat clean i mean small meals throughout the day with low fats

One trick that works pretty well is training your muscles to failure (until you really can't do it anymore.) Lift weights at a slow pace, and only do one set of each exercise, three times a week. This will force your muscles to grow, while using the calories you put into your body to build them. The result? You get thinner.
Also, focus on eating the most natural foods you can find. I mean, if it didn't come out of the ground/walk/swim that way, think twice.
