my foreskin is tight and i have never been able to get it over the head only about half way...is that normal.

It's normal up to a certain age but really you want it to loosen up after awhile. Is it tight both soft and hard?

That was like mine and I'd suggest pulling it back as far as you can comfortably and holding it there for several minutes. Do this several times a day. Over time it should loosen. Once you see results you'll be encouraged to keep going.

Yeah, over time just keep stretching it and eventually it'll go all the way. If after a few months it hasn't or you have any worries, you might want to speak to your doctor to get some personalised advice.

Yeah its normal and happened to me for a couple of years you just need too keep trying to retract it but go slowly and carefully :) Might be easier to do it in the shower :)

Nothing to worry about but at some stage you will probably want to be able to filly retract it. To do that you need to stretch it by pulling it back so it is a little uncomfortable, not quite painful several times regularly. You can do this as you masturbate if you want.

its normal it just mean your skin isnt ready to slip down but in a couple of months you will

I have the same problem. But I can pull my foreskin back when I'm soft, but not hard. Just keep doing stretches in the bath/shower every day and it'll eventually loosen up and you can pull it all the way past the head.
