Made some steaks on the grill a few minutes ago--turned out pretty well (better than my mom's)! Guess learning about cooking on the food network and such does pay off haha

I didn't take a picture because I had no idea i'd be posting about it on the internet. But I made a devils food cake with chocolate frosting.

I love to cook and having a Pilot for a Dad, I've been around the world tasting great food. My favorite is really good Asian like Vietnamese, Cambodian and Indian. I hate Chineese fook, its too greasy and hardly ever done properly except a dinner I had cooked by Ming in Boston. IT was simply awesome.

I cook for my family, especially Dad, and providing his flight gets into Dulles from Paris tonight, I plan to make Lemongrass Curry Soup for him tonight.

i just finished making a nifty little rice dish including:
white rice, brown rice, orange bellpepper, sweet onion, garlic clove, roma tomato, sweet corn, black bean, chick peas, red beans, chilli sauce, seasonings.
it was delicious
