How do I get it without my parents finding out?

I dont think it's the best idea to hide this from your parents. Talk you your mom and tell her the truth. She knows your going to be sexually active sometime in your life. The best option would be to just lay it all out and tell her everything. You will get birth control and you wont have to sneak around. Your mom will be glad you can trust her enough to tell her these things. It will show you are mature enough to have sex, because your mature enough to talk to her.

If you're over sixteen you can go the pill without having to inform your parents just go to your doctor and ask.
If you didn't want the pill you can get free condoms from sexual health clinics depending on your age some give you a mentor someone to go to if anything does happen. Or you can just go to any drug store or supermarket and buy condoms.
