So I had an android(with Android Data of course) and i switched to Blackberry. The Blackberry was still able to connect to the internet using the browser, but not the apps. So I got Blackberry Data and recently my Blackberry began acting up, the battery wouldn't hold a charge. So I brought out my android phone, and my Android won't even patronize the 4G in the area, apps won't work and browser won't work. Can anyone tell me why exactly this is? Other than BBData and Android Data are different.

In theory, both the BB and the Android device should be the same exact, but we all know that isn't the same. Different operating systems mean different radios and stuff. It most likely in your case it is the bad or weak radios the phone has. Here's some instructions to see your problem:
They may have weak radios and the best thing to do is take off any cases and the back cover (not the battery) and go outside and away from any obstructions of signal (trees, telephone poles, ect.) and see if the signal increases. If it does then it's most likely the obstructions that are causing the signal problems. If the signal doesn't increase, then the device most likely is becoming weak or is already weak and the best thing to do is see if you can get the phone company to replace the device if it's still under warranty or buy a new device.
HTC: Can have weak radios, usually not, but select devices do.
Motorola: Almost always have good radios.
Samsung: Usually has bad radios, especially on the Galaxy Nexus.
LG: Varies widely for every device.

I beg to differ, my Galaxy Nexus gets very good signal.

When I say bad radio, I don't mean that is won't get service, but the signal will be lower than competing devices. Take mine and my sister's phones, both in the same spot, both on Verizon, but her's has 3/5 bars, mine has 1/5 bars. Hers granted is newer, but still. I have a Droid Incredible by HTC and she has a Droid 4 by Motorola. Motorola Radios > HTC Radios
