There really isn't an earliest age. Some guys are late bloomers and some guys are early bloomers. All people develop differently so there's gonna be different people that can either cum, not cum or only cum clear (not white cum)
It could be 11, it could be 15. By telling you whatever the answer would be, it wouldn't be of real help :P

Well, they're all right. I'm sure someone has cunducted a study listing the average age. I started at the age of 11, a couple months after my eleventh birthday. I consider that early. Where as someone else won't until their sr. year in high school! It's all genetics.
