The Dear Hunter is a band that I've been listening to for about a year and a half now. They've really shown themselves as an overall amazing group in every aspect. They can really tell a story throughout an album and do it well.

Sigur Ros is just fantastic. Anyone who hasn't heard of them needs to go listen to them.

Jeff Beck. The legend. He does get recognition by a good amount of people, but I believe he really deserves more. The amount of emotion he infuses with his guitar is extraordinary. It's really something. I know several people who don't even appreciate him, write it off as boring and bland.

Patrick Stump, former singer of Fall Out Boy, has just started his solo career. What I find amazing about him is that on his debut album Soul Punk he did all of the music. All of it. No guests, friends, or anybody helped him (except on the bonus track featuring Lupe Fiasco). Sadly, due to his former career with FOB, people write him off as a "emo" kid who makes bad music (and personally, I like Fall Out Boy). It's a double edged sword, really. Some FOB fans don't like his new stuff because it's not like Fall Out Boy. Some people won't listen to him because they didn't like FOB.
