I've liked her for years and she knew about a year ago but she believes I don't like get anymore, usually I'd make a move cos that's the sort of person I am but I can't cos she's with my beat friend do I risk telling her and risk her telling him.

Don't intervene with their relationship. That is their happiness and it wouldn't be fair. If she's not happy, she'd tell someone and probably get out of it. My advice is to find someone else. That or wait for them to break up, then double check with your friend if it's cool for you to go out with her. If he says no, have him give you good reasons as to why you shouldn't.
