I have a light case of this. I was just wondering whether you guys think it's very unattractive and i should do something about it (operation) or whether it's not that bad... be honest

Personally I have no problem with it and if other people give you shit about it tell them to fuck off.

Also, if you really think surgery is the best then go for it (talk with your physician first) but if it isn't messing with your lungs and heart then don't. I played soccer with a guy for almost 5 years and he had this much worse than what yours looks like to me and I have to say he was the most physically combative person on our team. I think you will be fine with it.

Not that it's hideous, but a guy in my class once said to me: dude what's up with your chest!? and on the beach i get the feeling people are watching me... but sometimes i think it's just a psychological thing

A friend of mine's older brother had that much worse than your photos. He is 22 now, and it is gone. He got real active in karate for about three years, so I dnot know if that had anything to do with it going away or not.
