Anaemia

OK, So I get visual blackouts, and after that I get headaches, dizziness and ****. I was told I had an Iron deficiency, but I've been taking Iron supplements. The pills have had no effect at all so it might be Anaemia (Lack of Haemoglobin in the blood). How can this be cured.

I think that's one for the doctor. I suggest making a visit sooner rather than later.

I have anaemia, and I took ferrous sulphate which was prescribed by a doctor. It worked for me, as I now have relatively normal oxygen in my red blood cells. I used to pass out tons but now it's not that frequent. I would suggest going to your doctor and asking them to carry out a blood test, from which you'll be prescribed something that relates directly to what's wrong.

Ways to also help increase your iron intact besides seeing your physician!!!! is by eating green vegetables....the darker the green the better.
