Athletic Cup Preference

just wondering what brand of athletic cup everyone wears for different sports and what combination you wear (cup, jock, sliding shorts, etc.)

when i paintball i just wear slider shorts, not too much protection though even with pants. only been shot in the jewels once, put my gun down took a couple steps layed down and yelled
