Personally, I have not ever gotten an erection from having a doctor touch my genitals.

I can only imagine it would be common, you're filled with hormones, and even the slightest touch could set you off! :)

I have. It isn't a big deal. I'm sure the doctor has seen it happen a million times. It happens just cause you're a teenager and constantly horny. I know if someone just randomly felt my balls, i'd get hard, haha. But it hasn't happened recently because I tend to try to think about something else. That always works.
