its like im in a moment, then all of a sudden i see about 5 sec. ahead, i go back to were i was and 5 sec. l8r it hapens again (sorry its hard to explain)

sometimes you will see the dots when you look at television or computer screen for too long but i dont know about the deja vu though we need more information

I think there's some eye thing called "floaters", where you see little things floating around wherever you look. The eye doctor asked me about that once.

do you mean premonition?? thats where you can sense or see something in the future (even though you said its only about 5 seconds ahead) and then it actually happens

I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes I see blackish dots which are just probably on my eyes if I stare at one spot at a light or something. They don't hurt you and should be nothing to worry about! :D\

As far as the other thing, it does sound like a premonition (like CryingEye said). They don't really hurt you either. And as long as you take it ok, it doesn't mean you're crazy.

just because you have mental problems doesn't make you a freak. watch what you say because a lot of people here including me have mental illnesses and other mental problems.
but i think what everyone else is saying is pretty accurate.

Well yeah, I'd say premonition, I had one in a dream once about a theartre ivve never been then i went there a few months ahead, its scary but just ignore it.
