Drink water - no soda or anything with tons of sugar. Eat more fruits, veggies, salads, etc. Eat 3 meals a day. Don't skip a meal. Don't eat stuff high in fat and limit your portion sizes. Most importantly: exercise. Walk, jog, run, do sit ups, push ups, and stretch.

It's pretty simple on the steps to lose weight; the hard part will be committing to it.

Go Anthony! *does jig*

He's definately right about this. Of course, I'm sure you'll have more questions than just that :P

If you live in the U.S., sign up to a YMCA. They have good trainers and nutritionists there that can help you to reach whatever goal you may have - losing weight, bulking up or becoming more athletic.

Eat something with lots of fiber. It makes you feel full. I recommend Wheaties and lots of sandwiches. Don't believe that junk about carbs making you fat. You just have to eat the RIGHT carbs. Spaghetti is also good. :P

Depends on what kind/brand of juice. Check how much sugar is in it before you drink it. A lot of juices are loaded with sugar. I usually stay away from juices for that reason.

Yeah, although 100% juice drinks are what you're aiming for (those little pouches of CapriSun and other small boxes of juice have little or no % of juice in them). Minute Maid Orange Juice or other things with 100% juice are good to go for!

I completely agree with Anthony :D

100% juice would best, but those crystal light things are pretty good for you.

You need the right balance of excersise and healthy eating.
Run a mile every two days or so, and try doing 10 push ups, and 10 abdominal crunches before bed. Also throw in a fun outdoor activity, like frisbee throwing, or basketball.

Hope you can be successful! :)
