ok, im a 14 year old guy who is six feet tall and weighs 145-143 pounds, and summer is coming up soon...I want that nice-looking muscular body. I'm not fat and dont have much of it, just a tiny bit on my stomach. Anyway, i want to know some good exercises to start out with working the arms, abs and chest muscles(pecs). Also, how often to do them and such, like a good workout routine. I'm desperate, i want muscles so bad, I also have sets of 3, 5 and 8 pound dumbbells, a treadmill,, and a home gym bowflex sort of thing if this helps. Any help is GREATLY GREATLY appreciated. ThankS
