Nipples?

Okay, don't ask why I was looking at my nipples xD but anyway I was looking at them, and they looked different they the other day at the pool, they look like they have a dark circle coming up around the base, or part that gets hard when cold? Is this normal?

Yes. During puberty, they generally tend to darken, get a bit firmer, and grow in size, not necessarily in that order. You're fine.
