Finding a photo of your mate naked

Yesterday I was looking through my mates photos of his phone. I found some photos of him naked but his body was painted in green. I havn't seen him naked since we were like 10. I'm am 17 & he is 16 by the way. I was really honey when I saw it and I emailed the photo to myself. He doesn't know I found the picture. I want to ask him about it and where it was done but don't know how to and has anybody else done something like this before?

Why was he painted green? lol
I've found pictures of my friends naked on their phones before and online. It's awkward but I've gotten used to it.
I don't send the pics to myself though, usually people just send me that sort of stuff anyways.
