If he was your best friend then you wouldn't have to threaten him to keep a secret, he should be able to keep a secret. Nevertheless, congrats on coming out to him. As far as the telling him you have a crush on him, I would wait in that. He just found out that you were bi, wait a little to tell him that you have a crush on him so he can take this in all at one time. And really, it depends if you should tell him or not. If he is like a homophobe or something like that, you telling him that could totally mess up the friendship.
