Haha sharpies for the win! Do whatever floats your boat. Tattoos aren't for everyone. But, now that our generation is all "tatted up" it's going to be hilarious to see old men with full sleeves when we get older. :D

I love wrist tattoos, especially colorful ones on the outer wrist for some reason. I think my wrist tattoo is probably a fair bit larger than your average wrist tattoo lol, it sometimes looks a bit in your face because of the colors but I love it and has a strong meaning behind it.

Sleeves are really cool! But, it supposed to take awhile to finish sleeves and you have to go back a few times (to the tattoo shop) to finish it. But, both of you guys have cool ideas.

I always say how much I really want full sleeves, and even have my legs covered in loads of them. It's true that I would really love to have that, but realistically I don't think I ever would go through with it because it would be so expensive and I think being heavily tattooed can have equally as many cons as there are pros.

I definitely want a lot of tattoos no doubt about it. My biggest tattoo will definitely be all the way up my side (from the bottom of my hip to just below my bra strap) because I think that looks awesome on women. I also want one on my upper back like behind my left shoulder (if that makes sense) and I want foot tattoos too. In my opinion tattoo placement is just as important as the design itself.

This exactly. My dad has the face of a wolf on his shoulder blade (in only black) and his hasn't faded much at all and he's had it for 20 years and only had to get it retouched once. But, if a tattoo isn't your thing, you can always find another way to honor your horse. :)

Agreed. If you went to a good artist, looked after it well when it was healing and looked after well after healing then you won't have problems with fading. Tattoos will need touching up eventually though, but not for a good 10 years at least (depending on placement).

I went to Tenerife for 2 weeks in April and as you can imagine the sun was extremely strong there and I tan without minutes. I was out in the sun all day everyday but I put the highest possible sun block on my tattoos and they still look as bright as ever. :)

I really wanna get lots of tattoos. I've been drawing them for quite a long time and I wanna become a tattoo artist! My first tattoo would be a crow with a golden ring in it's beak, placed on my ribs. About, 11 or 12 inches, or more OR a fox with a hen sitting on it's head, placed on my abdomen, about 4-5 inches. XD haha I hope that's the case. I know it's supposed to be pretty painful because your skin pinches between the needle and the bone. I have a really good pain tolerancy, so I'm hoping I won't be a complete baby about it, and if I do I hope to God my tattoo artist slaps me.

Im thinking of having a Japanese Ink washed Caligraphy styled "Rising Sun (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rising_Sun_Flag)" with a wolf curved around a embedded sword toward the center of my back and have it bordered with a tribal band flaring towards my ribs and the back of my arms.
