Ok so my cousin is kinda... well he needs some help cause he is just a bit of a brat. I think of myself as a balanced person and I think I could help him if he trusted me. I looked up bonding on google and a couple of options are... go fishing (unlikely) , play games with him , or spend time nude (whaa?) ok so I am asking which would be the most effective and how would I get him to do it. Also luckilly, I am comfortable with the last two options but he may not be, because he is not a gamer and he does not like me enough to be naked near me (THANKS!!):D

You never said how old your cousin is, but, best way to bond is threw playing. Find out what he likes to do, swimming, sports etc, find one you have in common, and just do it.

Hope this helped

Find something you have a common interest in and go from there. Say he likes movies: Go see a movie with him. Talk about movies with him. Ask what his favourite movie is.

The goal of bonding is to get to know each other better and spend time together, so you really need to find an activity you can both enjoy and in turn, bond over.

I have the same problem! He lives out of town, and sometimes I will go stay with them for a week during the summer. Well, we are like totally opposites. Every time I go, he just really plays the x box the whole time, or he works out with his brother. They have a pool, but every time I want to go swimming with him or something, he is playing the x box. I dont like going there because it gets awkward sometimes. So, I know how you feel.

You need to find something you both have in common, anything will do as long as you both enjoy it or like it. Once you figure that first step out you've got your common ground between yourselves so go from there.
