I think it would make a difference in the jack off session, because you're more comfortable in certain positions. With the orgasm, there can't be much difference, but usually if it's a better jack off session than it's a better orgasm too.

I would think that it would affect it because you feel more comfortable in some positions or some positions are more arousing then others, and this can have a great effect on orgasm, I masturbate in all sorts of positions, sometimes standing so its fine. Yes it does matter if you do it in a certain position. I guess different positions do affect your orgasm. I tried many other positions then just standing up, (frankly, i find it harder to when standing up). You could lay on your back, or do it on your side, or on your knees...I usually do it either on my knees or on my back. I found that when your either on your back, or on your knees, that its a bit stronger. At least, for me.
