Okie here it goes. So i go to a boarding school. I like this girl.... alot like i think aboit her all the time. Everytime i try to get closer with her, this guy ( ona my good friends) come in and completely takes her attention off the sitiation

Ask her if she wants to go somewhere alone with you, maybe for a walk or something. You could get to talk to her without him interfering with you that way.

That, or you could tell your friend that you like her and ask if he could stop :P

I can't Boarding school, school has cameras everywhere and if we go were there is none, we'd get ecussed up PDA. and He likes her too but she lieks him more i think.. ;/

Going somewhere alone doesn't mean PDA, and no school in their right mind would tell you that. As long as it's appropriate, no physical actions beyond holding hands and a short hug, I highly doubt you'll get in trouble. Just hope for the best and you'll be fine. Don't get too hung up on her though. There's plenty more girl out there.
