Nope, you don't even have to post!

anyone know how to change a poll?

No way. You could ask a mod to delete this thread so you can create another poll, but that's the only way. Sorry :P

ive started, and i wouldnt really consider myself fat, im just more of an average build.

puberty really has nothing to do with being fat really, thats really more of a matter of how much you workout/exercise and how fast of a metabolism you have.

Pueberty has no effect on weight. Well no direct effect. Eating habits can motivation to excercise can be changed by things like mood swings and such. Basically to lose weight eat less, eat better, and excercise more. It's working fo rme and im smack dab in the middle of pueberty. it also has a lot to do with your body chemistry, like metabolism and stuff.

if anything I've lost weight since I got puberty. It's pratically impossible for me to gain anything.

In general, No. But there may be some distant correlation becuase your body needs and uses more energy to grow. Thats probably why people in puberty eat so much. But then they lose the weight becuase their body uses it. But it their body has no need for it then its just gonna stay their.
I hope this helped!

Also i dont think im fat persay. I think im more average than some of my friends. Im 5'5 and i weigh 115. So im not big...

Yes, weight has some affect on growth thus some affect on puberty but your weight won't necessarily speed up puberty, it's mostly you need the energy from fat to grow.

Almost done. 5'10" 110 lbs. Yes, I'm underweight. Do I care? No. I eat a healthy diet and that's what matters. If you eat healthy food and exercise and you don't lose the weight then you're probably genetically heavy. If you make no effort to change your eating and exercise habits for the better you will get fatter and fatter until you have diabetes and eventually die from heart failure. Does puberty have anything to do with this? Yes, and no. During puberty it's normal to need over 3,000 calories a day. Eating 3,000 calories is acceptable, but only with exercise and if it's the right food. That's the no. Here's the yes. The typical American snack is some shitty fried junk food like chips and french fries. Drinking large quantities of soda will also make you fat due to the quick metabolization of simple sugars, which also leaves you hungry for more junk food which is just starch and fat which makes you hungry for even more junk food because of how quickly your body metabolizes it all.

I've always been overweight, but apparently I'm only in the early stages of puberty, so I don't know how I'll turn out yet.
