I need ideas and help to sto eating. The basic story is I thought I was fat so from losing a few kilos it went to going to bones but one day I looked in the mirror and hated what I saw that time more then before I lost the weight and something clicked inside of me. I start to eat normally again and it got worse from there. Eating normally soon started beco
Ing a craving now I cant be without food its always on my mind even when Im as full as I can get i wonder what is in the cupboard for me to eat its starting to become an addiction. Any ideas on stopping I need them quick before I go insane about food I can feel it coming.

Try to enforce a habit of only eating at mealtimes. Write out what you're going to eat beforehand and only eat that amount. Take snack foods and put it somewhere where you'd have to take a long time to get them.
