Frozen above avatar?

Hi, I'm curious, what does the title "Frozen" mean over the avatar that is a blue, frozen smiley. I have only saw one or two members with this title, not mentioning names. I would just like to know.

It is a temporary ban. This person has-

a) made multiple accounts
b) spammed
c) did something rather bad
or
d) infraction points just added up to 50 which is a 3 day ban, or 7, or whatever. it all depends on how bad the offense is, correct?

Not to mention sometimes if a user is underage they will freeze the account until there birthday.

Also users can be frozen to up to 2 years (I think)

Or if the person has done something to just warrant a freeze. Green mods can freeze for 3 days, but a senior staff member can freeze somebody for an extended period of time if they've done something rather bad.

For accumulated infractions it's a week, but the freeze infraction itself is 3 days.
