How to ask awkward questions

I am 14 and want to get circumcised. Please don't tell me that I shouldn't I have been thinking about it and want to go through with it. But I don't know how to ask my mom please help

maybe if you have some solid reasons to get it done she might think about it. but i heard it is really painful, mine was done when i was born so don't remember !

Yea, you could definetly ask, it might be a little awkward, but just ask. But you gotta have a reason, cuz then it might be embarassing.

I respect your opinion , however I personally would have rather not been as a baby , because it (your foreskin) is there for a reason . If you really want it , do your research and get some solid facts .

if u want to give her good reason just say that u want to and thats is more hygienic (not a lot, just a little) and has strong evidence showing that it reduces the risk of catching HIV (proven)

totally understand about people telling you you shouldn't get it done, that can be annoying. i've been wanting to get cut for a while, since my foreskins always been pretty tight. my doctor brought it up with my parents before i did, but just as an option, not the only solution.

you can just simply go up to her and see what she says, or you can wait till you are old enough so you dont need your parents consent. i do know that it does hurt, i had mine done when i was born, but it grew back when i was about 5, and i still remember lying on the doctor table and having the nurse pull it back, it hurt, and that was 10 years ago. hope this helps :)
