Hi guys, I'm on my high school's wrestling team and this season i wrestled at the 113 weight class with about 10% body fat if i can remember correctly. I almost went undefeated as a JV and it was my first year, so i think i could do better at the 103 weight class and maybe hopefully even make varsity. I was just wondering if anybody could give me a good work out plan to get down to this weight over the course of the summer or maybe a little longer. Thanks! :) (btw, usually there's like a 2 lb. allowance at meets so i can weigh 105 at the most)

if ur that skinny and you want to get in a smaller weight class ur actually going to have to lose muscle mass. You need to be at least 3% body fat to live. once you get down to low u start losing stength. pretty much unless u want to get smaller in muscle there is no way you should even attempt that at ur weight. aka u only have 11 pounds of fat atm, if u lose that ud be 102lbs 0% body fat and weak as hell, maybe even dead.
