Lift big and eat big is the basics! You want a lot of protein in your diet, what are you actually aiming to do? Gain muscle or get ripped?

to get a 6pack all you need is a low bf % if u want to get bigger pecs you will need to work them out,
as already stated to gain muscle you need to work out and eat.
eating more kcal then you use will help you build muscle easier even though you will build muscle quickly when you first start. this will mean you will also gain fat.
to get the best resuts i would sugest that you read about how your body works both in traning and nutrition aspects. by doing so you will be able to start doing the right things giving you what u want faster.

remember a good looking body is not just a 6pack and pecs, symmetry before volume. so don't forget to train the rest of the body (arms, core, upper back, sholders, trapz, LEGS!!!,)

it can take a long time to reach the results your looking for, but way there is as fun as the results you get:yes:

This is some of the best advice you will get! If your after a 6 pack and pecs then you want to be ripped not gain much muscle, you will soon find out how ridiculous it can look to have just a six pack and pecs, as Niklas has already pointed out a good body is about shape and symmetry a well rounded physique is far more attractive than just abs and pecs, if your wanting any help or advice feel free to message me, I'd be more than happy to help I could even make you up some kind of workout and nutrition plan

Try some Supplements you could find it on gnc or online look for "Proteins". Try working out more and eat alot of chicken and foods with high proteins.

To bulk up, high weight low reps is the general rule.
A protein supplement is recommended for muscle rejuvenation.

For abs and a six pack, the only information you need is dumbells really, and motivation!

Whilst there are many different routines (P90X, Circuit training etc) I highly recommend making your own routine. If you don't know much about working out though, stick to an already made one.

Abs = cardio and exercises such as the crunch or sit up, simple as that.
Pecs = two dumbells, high weight low reps, and exercises such as the classic pushup.
Give it a few weeks/months, don't expect to have a 6 pack and pecs in two weeks!

When I mean exercises, I mean it generally, there are hundreds out there. Google some exercises for both and you'll have an arsenal of exercises.

I would recommend working on your arms as well, for obvious reasons.

it's not that i wanna get ripped, i'm just very skinny now and i'd like my abs to be visible and have pecs that you can see when i'm wearing a t shirt. Obviously i'm going to work out my arm and leg muscles as well.

If youre skinny then u just need to eat alot of kcal. Dont focus that much on some heavy exercise. Just try running, situps and pushups to keep in shape. If u want bigger muscles then u just need to eat more. Ofc if u want them faster and ur willing to work for it more then heavy exercise is the way to go, google is ur friend.

Sigh. Don't listen to this. :zap:

More is not the answer, make sure you adjust your diet so it meats your daily dietary intake (aka, make sure you have 100% of your proteins, carbs etc).

If you eat too many carbs, you will get the opposite effect and just fatten up.

Abs mainly start in the kitchen, healthy food and not going over your dietary intake is the first step, cardio and exercises the second and third.
