Fell back into temptation....

Well, its been several months....and I fell back into self-harm.

It's the only thing that helps, nothing else works.

Everythings' just going to hell

I don't want to be anymore :(

I just want this to end...all this pain and torment.

There's of tons of things that can help, never ever say that it's the only thing there is. Be proud you made it so long, and even though you fell off that track you can always jump back on it and try for another run, if not a longer one of not harming. When things are going to hell, try and remember that eventually there is a rock bottom, and everything will only be able to get better eventually.

You're always welcome on this planet. In this universe, even. It might not be that easy, and I do agree it is not, but you can only make it as easy as you want it to be.
