Sounds to me like a classic case of depression. Go and see your doctor as soon as you can, they will make you feel better, it IS cureable. I was diagnosed on Monday with severe depression and was perscribed antidepressants straight away. Whilst they do help me sleep and take away some of the pain its important to go to your doctor and open up. Just tell them how you are feeling, its great to get it all off your shoulders to someone who actually cares. I know its hard but you need to get back out there, find an activity you like to do, thats what i've been told.
It seems impossible, incurable and overwhelming wheras it is completely the opposite. Although it is a long road, and you have to be patient (antidepressants only really kick in after a couple of weeks).
I'm still early on in the meds (3 days in) but its clearly helping, so if you need to throw me a message don't hesitate.
Go and see your doctor, believe me they can help.

Definitely go to your doctor or the A&E as soon as you start feeling like you might be in danger of doing something seriously damaging to yourself.
There are a lot of people out there that can relate to how you're feeling, you definitely aren't alone, though I can understand how you may feel like you are. And you're definitely entitled to feel alone, none of us could ever understand truly how you feel, but a lot of us can empathize with you, definitely.
Antidepressants can help, too, along with therapy. I used to be on ADs for roughly 3-4 months, and they helped me get through the really rough patches. Therapy has also been helpful for me, and I would definitely recommend it.
