Alright, there's this girl I really like. She gives me little hints that she likes me back. I'm pretty sure she is going out with another guy, but just not making ot obvious. If I'm wrong about her going out with another guy, and she's single, what would be a good way and a good place to take her out?

Well maybe if you asked her if she was single, say something like "hey, are you dating anyone at the moment?" and if she says no or asks why you could just add "I was just asking because I like you and I was wondering if you'd like to go out sometime." Just keep it simple and the message clear.
Like said above the cinema is a safe bet for a date or asking her out, or maybe a cafe or walk her home after school sometime. Just find a time when she's not surrounded by people, preferably alone, and ask.
